was born in December 18, 1963 in Chicago IL, he now lives
in Downey California with his wife and 2 children. He picked
up Poker in 1995 and he has never looked back in reaching
his goal and ambition of being one of the top ten poker players.

Kenna James. Is a country boy who is a lover of life, people,
and the great game of poker. In his youth, Kenna James acquired
a scholarship to the Michigan School of the Arts. It was in
this field he focused his efforts for years to come, performing
in theatrical productions and even taking a few small roles
in various films and television soap operas. Finally, he took
to the felt as a poker dealer, eventually moving up to Tournament
Director. While he could have no doubt had a successful career
in casino management, Kenna decided he'd be better suited
as a player and decided to start playing. Kenna's ambitions
are high, aiming to be one of the top ten players in the world

James who is a lover of life is truly showing his big heart
by committing 1% of all his winnings from tournament play
over the next year to Wounded Warrior Project in the name
of SEP! Kenna James met with President Felix Gutierrez and
Mike Sexton during the 25K End of Season Championship at the
Bellagio back in Apr 06. Kenna James wanted to show his support
for the troops by donating 1% of earning for the next year,
but he also expressed interest into visiting the troops in
IRAQ!
Unfortunately the idea was shot down, by people
with Stars on their collars for certain reason. Even though
Kenna was disappointed he wasn't discouraged and plans on
visiting the troops from 101st Airborne Division Ft. Campbell
for a VIP visit when they return from the year tour of duty
from Iraq in Oct 06! Where Kenna plan on tackling the Air
Assault Obstacle Course with Cowboy Hat in one hand and suited
connectors in another! Kenna is also throwing an exclusive
VIP party at his house in Vegas for End Of Season Points Champions,
Tournament of Champions Winners and Key Screaming Eagle Board
Members in early Oct 06! The members of Screaming Eagle Poker
